Belgrade - Opponents of Yugoslavia's President, Mr Slobodan Milosevic, will hold a major rally in Belgrade today. Their campaign suffered a major blow on Tuesday when a prominent Serbian opposition figure, Mr Vuk Draskovic, said he would not attend the rally because it had come too late and was being organised by "irresponsible people". Mr Draskovic nevertheless called on his supporters to attend the rally. Other opposition leaders said they hoped he would end up joining them.
