LONDON - The British Prime Minister, Mr John Major, last night forced the European Foundation to renounce funding from the billionaire, Sir James Goldsmith. The Tory Euro sceptic, Mr Bill Cash, was told either to resign as chairman of the foundation or to stop taking money from Sir James, founder of the antiEU Referendum Party.
