Lottery site hopes for 50,000 users in 2002

The venture of one of Ireland's biggest bookmakers, Terry Rogers, was launched last month. It has singed up 3,500 customers so far, the company says.

Easinumbersallows visitors to bet on the results of 45 world-wide lotteries using a minimum investment of €1. Prizes can be as high as €250,000.

An investment of €2.54 million has so far been put into the construction and marketing of the site.
