British computer services and consultancy firm Logica will shed up to 90 of its Irish staff to cut costs.
The cuts are part of a company wide programme which will lead to the reduction of 15 per cent of staff in Ireland and Britain. The company employs 550 people in Cork and Dublin.
The company said in a statement 40 per cent of these redundancies have been voluntary.
In October, Logica announced a cost-cutting programme intended to cut around 5 per cent of its global workforce.
