Mark Kennedy is a doubt for the Republic of Ireland's friendly against Denmark next Wednesday after sustaining a groin injury.
Wolves winger Kennedy has already been ruled out of Saturday's English Divison One game against Norwich after picking up the injury against Grimsby.
Wolves assistant manager John Ward said: "Mark will probably still join up with the Ireland squad although he has not trained this week.
"We could have him back a week on Saturday if we are lucky, depending on how he recovers. It's a problem for him and a problem for us".
