Tottenham target Frederic Kanoute is optimistic his move from West Ham to White Hart Lane will go through - if the clubs can thrash out an agreement on the transfer fee.
The Hammers striker, 25, features prominently on Glenn Hoddle's summer shopping list.
But it is understood Spurs' valuation of the Frenchman is around £2million lower than the fee West Ham are looking for.
The forward has already admitted he will "consider" a switch to Spurs if the two clubs agree on his fee - and his agent today confirmed the Kanoute camp believe a deal will be finalised.
