LOS ANGELES - Box-office sales of Steven Spielberg's The Lost World: Jurassic Park broke all four-day weekend records, hauling in at least $90.1 million, according to industry reports yesterday.
The movie opened in 6,000 theatres over the four-day Memorial Day weekend, with ticket sales sailing past the previous $56.8 million four-day record set by Mission Impossible.
Spielberg's 1993 Jurassic Park remains the top global grossing movie with $913.1 million in receipts.
