Judgment was reserved in an action in the High Court in Belfast yesterday over plans for a floating bar on the River Lagan.
A Belfast company, TKS Consultants, plans to operate the bar from a mooring at Stranmills embankment. Mr Justice Kerr said he would give judgment as soon as possible.
