Pakistan-based Islamic rebel group Jaish-e-Mohammad has threatened to carry out terrorist attacks in major Indian cities.

The threat was made in a press statement issued to newspapers in Kashmir.
However, the rebel group has denied it was involved in the recent terrorist attack on Indian parliament.
"Inshallah (god willing) we will carry out shocking attacks in major India cities...", the statement said.
"Now we will attack with more vigour the Indian paramilitary and military camps and inflict maximum casualties on them.
"We possess the sophisticated weapons and they would be used against Indian forces," the statement signed by Jaish spokesman Abu Hamza said.
India has blamed Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed groups for the suicide raid on the Indian parliament in which 13 people were killed, including all five attackers.
India has asked Pakistan to take action against the two outfits but Islamabad has demanded proof linking them with the attack
