BUDGET coverage in The Irish Times this year is on line and interactive, as well as incisive and comprehensive.

The Irish Times on the Web, the Internet site of The Irish Times, has provided running coverage of the Budget since the Minister for Finance finished informing the Dail of his measures yesterday.

This includes the full text of the Minister's speech, updated reaction at about 5.30 p.m. and in association with accountants Price Waterhouse, TaxNet, an interactive DIY guide to working out the pain and pleasure of the tax changes.

This morning, The Irish Times on the Web will host an on line question and answer session. From 9 a.m., on line readers can submit their questions to a panel featuring Cliff Taylor, Finance Editor, Mark Brennock of our political staff, and a tax expert from Price Waterhouse. The panel will answer the questions live on the Web from around 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. approximately. Details of how to post questions can be found at The Irish Times on the Web site: http://www.irishtimes.com
