B'ait Leo Bean - Mairin Nic Eoin
Mairin Nic Eoin was born in 1958 and educated in Sion Hill, Blackrock, and University College Dublin. She is a lecturer in the Irish Department at St Patrick's College, Drumcondra. Her publications include a study of Gaeltacht literature, An Litriocht Reigiunach and a biography, Eoghan O Tuairisc: Beatha agus Saothar. She is the editor of a volume of O Tuairisc's critical essays, Religio Poetae agus Aisti Eile, and has contributed articles and reviews to literary journals.
