A woman has died after being struck by a Luas tram early on Saturday morning.
Gardaí at Kilmainham in Dublin are investigating the fatal collision, which occurred at St James’s Walk, Rialto, at about 12.35am.
The scene of the incident was closed to allow Garda Forensic Collision Investigators to examine the area but has since reopened.
The coroner has been notified of the death.
