Motorcyclist killed in Co Tipperary crash

Man (32) pronounced dead at scene of incident on Nenagh bypass

A motorcyclist has died in a crash in Co Tipperary.

The 32-year-old man crashed on the N52 Nenagh bypass between the Tullaheady and the Portroe roundabouts at about 9.20pm on Friday.

A Garda spokeman said there were no other vehicles involved.

He was pronounced dead at scene and his body has been removed to the mortuary in Limerick where a postmortem will be carried out.

Gardai have appealed for witnesses to contact them at Nenagh Garda station on 067 50450, the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666111 or any Garda station.
