A guesthouse in Dublin City centre was be evacuated this morning after a fire broke out in the basement of the establishment.
Several units of Dublin Fire Brigade attended the fire at the Celtic Lodge Guest House on Talbot Street.
The fire has been brought under control and the road has reopened to traffic.
