Republic of Ireland youngster John O'Shea has been ruled out of Manchester United's Easter Saturday derby clash with Blackburn.
The impressive defender limped out of the midweek draw with title rivals Arsenal after suffering a recurrence of his knee injury and is also a major doubt for Wednesday's Champions League showdown with Real Madrid at Old Trafford.
Gary Neville is likely to take O'Shea's place after being relegated to the bench for the last two games, while manager Alex Ferguson must decide whether to restore David Beckham to the starting line-up after leaving him on the sidelines for the entire Highbury showdown.
Juan Sebastian Veron (knee) is also out as United look to cement their three point lead at the top of the table.
