INJUNCTIONS granted to a computer software director against two business associates over using telecommunications connections and Web sites are to continue, a High Court judge ruled yesterday.

Mr Barry Breslin, Newbridge Avenue, Sandymount, Dublin, was granted the injunctions last Friday against Mr George Hellis, Dunluce Road, Clontarf, Dublin and Mr Colman Reilly, Lower Leeson Street, Dublin.

Mr Martin Hayden, counsel for Mr Hellis and Mr Reilly, said they had returned computer software, a business plan and information concerning a client to Mr Breslin as directed by Mr Justice Smyth on Tuesday.

Mr Justice Smyth said Mr Hellis and Mr Reilly could operate their software system independently but could not have any access to the clients of Internet" Interaction Ltd.

Injunctions granted to Mr Breslin would continue until the hearing of the action, he said, and put the matter down for mention on November 4th.

One injunction restrains Mr Hellis and Mr Reilly from using the business name Internet Ireland. A second injunction directs them to immediately desist from using all telecommunications connections through France Telecom and Global 1 which are for the exclusive use of Internet Interaction Ltd.

A third injunction directs them not to access any computer user accounts and Web sites being hosted on Internet Interaction and another restrains them from interfering with the company's business or approaching its customers.
