A man was caught masturbating in front of schoolchildren three times on the same day, Dublin District Court was told yesterday. Thomas Donohue (48), of Wolseley Street Dublin pleaded guilty to three charges of masturbating in public at Glasnevin Hill last October 4th. He was remanded for a probation probation report.
