London - The two Libyans accused of the Lockerbie bombing could be handed over tomorrow, a spokesman for relatives of British victims said last night. Dr Jim Swire, whose daughter was killed in the bombing, was commenting as speculation mounted about the timing of the arrival of the men in Holland where they will stand trial. "If I was a betting man I would say Saturday," he said. A spokesman for the Foreign Office said there was nothing to suggest at this time that the handover is imminent.
