LONDON - Child murderers Myra Hindley has been granted leave to challenge a ruling that she should spend the rest of her life in jail.
A Home Office spokeswoman said: "We understand that Myra Hindley's solicitors' have successfully applied for, leave to seek judicial review against her full life tariff. The matter is under careful consideration."
The "whole-life" sentence was imposed by the then Home Secretary, Mr David Waddington, in 1990.
