THE unfair dismissal case brought by a former TEAM Aer Lingus shop steward, Mr Denis Smyth, has been adjourned until May 7th.
The Employment Appeals Tribunal heard the opening remarks by the employer yesterday but decided it would need two full days to hear the evidence and make a decision.
Mr Smyth was dismissed nine months ago because of his involvement in calling a union meeting at TEAM Aer Lingus without going through procedures agreed with management.
