Yellow, it's such a mother-of-the-bride colour really. Sales staff always try to make a virtue of yellow by saying how cheerful it is, but only if you think looking like an enormous middle-aged buttercup is cause for celebration. Yellow is never fashionable and with good reason; it just soaks all the warm tones from Irish skin, leaving the wearer completely washed out. And if you are worried about your weight, this is not a kind colour. Stick with shades that are genuinely flattering - such as navy or grey.
