Keeping well while away on holiday
Sunburn, stomach upsets, dehydration, hay fever and insect bites can take away from the joys of summer holidays.
However, according to pharmacists, many of these minor illnesses can be avoided with careful planning.
Tips for keeping well on holidays include drinking plenty of water and fibre-rich foods, avoiding the hot sun and wearing sun protection cream, having a supply of creams and ointments for insect bites.
