Britain's Olympic super-heavyweight champion Audley Harrison won his third professional bout on Saturday night, stopping Polish heavyweight Piotr Jurczyk in the second round.
Harrison hurt the 30-year-old nightclub bouncer from Poznan with a powerful right jab to the ribs one minute and 24 seconds into the second of six scheduled rounds at Glasgow's Kelvin Hall.
"I felt his power in the first round but I wasn't daunted by it," Harrison told the BBC. "I quickly realised he was not going to hurt me and I got him with a good clean body shot in the second round.
"My ring-rustiness is wearing off and the momentum is building up."
It was Harrison's third successive victory since turning professional after last year's Sydney Olympics.
He won his first fight against American Michael Middleton in May with a first-round stoppage, and chalked up an unspectacular points victory last month over English-based Scot Derek McCafferty.
"My ambition is still to be heavyweight champion of the world and until someone knocks that out of me in the ring then I'm going to live my dream," Harrison said.
