David and Victoria Beck ham, who are jointly worth £25 million, are 18th equal in the list alongside the 26-year-old boxer, Naseem Hamed.
The youngest millionaire on the list is 14-year-old Welsh schoolgirl singer Charlotte Church, who is worth £10 million and ranks 42nd.
