Celtic's hopes of UEFA Cup glory tomorrow have been boosted following an injury to Valencia winger Kily Gonzalez.
The Argentinian, who missed the first leg in Spain after a bust-up with coach Rafael Benitez, was hurt in training and is out of the third round second leg clash at Parkhead.
Valencia will be trying to protect a 1-0 lead, but have already been hit with injuries to influential midfield duo David Albelda and Miguel Angel Angulo.
Benitez seems set to turn to the Brazilian skills of Fabio Aurelio as his side look to kill off the threat of Martin O'Neill's men.
But the Champions League runners-up of the last two seasons were jeered by their own fans after a 1-1 draw with Real Mallorca at the weekend, while Celtic moved 12 points clear in the Scottish Premier League with a 3-0 win over Hibernian.
Italian star Amedeo Carboni admits that tomorrow's match is vital to his side.
He said: "This game is like a final for us because we both have the ability to reach the UEFA Cup final.
"I've seen Celtic on television this season and it's clear that their home record is impressive.
"We've not played well in recent games and there was an air of disappointment about the dressing room when we only won the first leg 1-0.
