A 15-year-old girl is in a critical condition in hospital following a road crash in Co Offaly.
The pedestrian was hit by a car on the Clara to Kilbeggan road at about 17.45pm yesterday. The girl was taken to Tullamore General Hospital.
The male driver of the car was not injured in the crash.
