A teenage schoolgirl has been arrested on suspicion of poisoning two teachers in Britain.
The teachers, from a school in Torbay, Devon, suffered stomach upsets but were not thought to have been seriously affected.
A kettle from the school's staff room has been sent for forensic examination.
Devon and Cornwall Police said a 17-year-old girl was arrested last week and has since been released on bail.
Det Con Steve Fleetwood said: "The inquiry centres on claims that an allegedly noxious substance may have been put in a kettle which caused two members of staff to fall ill with stomach problems.
"We later arrested a 17-year-old girl on suspicion of poisoning. She was questioned at Torquay on Thursday and then released on police bail pending further inquiries."
