Gardai in Co Tipperary are seeking witnesses after a bank robbery in Cahir yesterday.
At about 10am, two men dressed as workmen entered AIB in Clogheen and threatened staff.
They escaped with an undisclosed sum of money, a Garda statement said.
No one was injured.
The first man was of "strong build", with a shaven head and a light beard. He was wearing a dust mask.
He had a blue hard hat and a grey hooded-type high visibility jacket with a name printed on the back.
He had black footwear with a white rim and wore surgical-type gloves.
Gardai said the second man had dark hair and also wore a dust mask on his face. He wore a white hard hat, a dark top with grey trousers, white shoes and green gardening gloves. He was also described as being of strong build.
Gardai are also interested in the movements of a red hatchback car, possibly a Volkswagen Golf, which was seen in Clogheen prior to the robbery.
Anyone with information is asked to contact gardai at Cahir or the Garda Confidential Line at 1 800 666111.
