Gardai are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic accident last Monday in which a pedestrian was killed after he was struck by a car. The accident occurred at around 7.40 a.m. on Prussia Street, Dublin.
The driver, who was travelling from the city towards the Navan Road, failed to stop. Gardai at the Bridewell station want to speak to anyone who may have seen a blue Peugeot at or near the scene, or on Aughrim Street between 7.30 a.m. and 8.30 a.m. Anyone with information can contact gardai on 01-8725777 or the confidential telephone line on 1-800666111.
