Gardaí have named the man found dead at the side of a road in the Wicklow mountains yesterday.
Yohan Verhoeven (31) was found dead in Sraghmore Woods, Roundwood, shortly after 2.30pm yesterday by people out walking in the area.
Mr Verhoeven is believed to be originally from Ballybrack but had been living with his partner in Bray.
His body has been removed from the scene to Loughlinstown Hospital for a post mortem by state pathologist Dr Marie Cassidy which will be carried out this evening.
It is understood the man's body may have been in the location for some time and had begun to decompose.
The scene was preserved for technical examination and a forensic expert from the United Kingdom has been flown in to examine it, according to reports.
