Gardaí searching for missing mother of two Marie Heeran have located a body of a woman in a car at the bottom of a lake in Co Leitrim.
The car was found late this afternoon near Ballinamore, by the garda sub-aqua unit. The body is believed to be that of a middle-aged woman.
Mrs Heeran from Corrabrick, Keshcarrigan, Co Leitrim, was last seen between 1.00pm and 2.00pm in the Dromad and Rooskey areas of Co Leitrim.
