Gardai are holding three people in Co Tipperary in connection with the death of Mr Danny Fanning, the cattle dealer who died after being shot at his home in Rosegreen last month.
A 23 year old woman was arrested in Dublin yesterday and taken to Cahir Garda station. A 65 year old man and a 39 year old woman who were arrested on Saturday morning are being held at Clonmel under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act. This allows for up to 48 hours detention without charge. Three others arrested on Friday have been released without charge. One man has already been charged with the murder.
