Theatre lovers are being offered a chance to catch a top show at next month’s Ulster Bank Dublin Theatre Festival – for free. The main festival sponsors, Ulster Bank, yesterday announced free tickets to the Indian production Manganiyar Seduction at the Gaiety Theatre would be available on a first-come first-served basis. The 1,000 free tickets will be valid for September 23rd. The show plays until 27th. According to the festival programme the play is “the most colourful, joyous and inspiring show likely to be seen this year”.
