A member of socialist republican group Éirigí was one of a group of people granted bail at the Special Criminal Court yesterday.
Ursula Shannon (29), Inglewood Crescent, Clonsilla, is charged with possession of two handguns and 32 rounds of ammunition at Tullybeg, Rahan, Co Offaly, on November 27th.
John Troy (33), Dunard Avenue, Cabra, John McGreal (36), Palmer Road, Rush, and Colin Brady (23), Baskin Lane, Kinsealy, were also charged with possession of guns and ammunition and were also granted bail. Mr Brady did not take up his bail.
Mr McGreal and Mr Troy are also charged with membership of the IRA.
Ms Shannon, Mr Troy and Mr McGreal signed €100 bail bonds on independent sureties of €20,000 each yesterday, along with a number of other conditions.
These included signing on daily at their local Garda stations, surrendering their passports, being of good behaviour and keeping the peace.
Mr Justice Paul Butler, sitting with Judge Margaret Heneghan and Judge William Hamill, granted bail to Mr Brady on similar conditions.
The court previously heard that Ms Shannon and Mr McGreal were arrested two days after the alleged offence in Tullamore, Co Offaly, while Mr Troy and Mr Brady were arrested in, Mullingar, Co Westmeath.
They are due back in court again on February 5th.
