The Taoiseach's decision not to send observers to Derry at the weekend has drawn criticism from Fianna Fail.
Mr Bruton's request that Fine Gael parliamentarians should not to go to Derry, coupled with the decision not to send any Irish Ministers to observe the situation, reflected the Taoiseach's confused and scattered thinking in relation to Northern Ireland, said Dr Rory O'Hanlon, chairman of the Fianna Fail Parliamentary Party.
