Events will be held across Ireland today to mark World Autism Day.
Cyclists will set out on a four-day journey from Dublin to Enniscrone in Co Sligo to raise funds for Irish Autism Action (IAA).
The IAA will also have an information stand at the three-day British Psychological Association which opens in the RDS today and plans to run an awareness campaign throughout the month of April.
Celebrities will tee off in fund-raising golf classics taking place in Mullingar and Tyrellspass in Co Westmeath on Friday.
There are over 60 million people with autism around the world.
