The Walmer Centre in Dublin provides training and treatments in a range of complementary health therapies such as massage, reflexology and aromatherapy. Over the summer months, it will offer a number of introductory courses in various therapies, including massage and reflexology. A six-week course in basic massage will begin on June 20th and will run from 7.30 to 9.30pm. This course is aimed at those who would like to learn some of the basics of massage for use on family and friends. It will cover areas such as the back, neck and shoulders and limbs. The course costs £50.

Similar introductory courses will also be available in aromatherapy and reflexology. Finding time to do a full course can be a problem for some so Walmer have come up with a "fast fix" for those whose time is limited. They are offering a weekend course covering introductory massage, aromatherapy and reflexology on August 13th and 14th.
