Dear Editor:

I refer to a letter in Questions and Answers (E&L, December 12th) and I would like to know was the woman mad who was thinking Christmas holidays were too long? Maybe she should go back to school and see what it is like to have to study coming up to Christmas. Our Christmas holidays are heaven after a hard four months of homework, study and tests. Does she want summer holidays shortened as well?

Also, people who work in offices and businesses don't have Junior and Leaving Certs to worry about! Yours,
