A one-day seminar taking place tomorrow at the Tipperary Institute, Thurles, Co Tipperary, will look at "Strengthening the role of the Irish higher education community in support of sustainable development". Presented by FEASTA (Foundation for the Economics of Sustainability), the Development Studies Centre and the Tipperary Institute, speakers will include Richard Douthwaite, author of The Growth Illusion. The seminar lasts from 9.30 a.m. until 5.30p.m.
