Over 600 remedial teachers from the primary and the post-primary sector will attend a conference this week at NUI Maynooth. Their teaching problems and concerns will be addressed at the annual conference of the Irish Learning Support Association, which is a three-day event. Meeting for its 25th year, it begins this Thursday, 23rd.

The programme covers a range of issues from teaching maths without tears to improving children's spelling.
