A Drogheda man who threatened a garda was barred from all pubs and licensed premises in the area by the local district court yesterday.
Garda Paul Carrigy said he arrested Anthony Finglas, Church Street, under the Public Order Act, on November 25th. He had been very intoxicated and had used abusive and threatening language.
Judge John Neilan bound Finglas to the peace on his own cash bond of £200 and barred him from all licensed premises in the district court area.
