Ulster will be without Tyrone Howe and Jonathan Bell for Friday's Celtic League clash with Llanelli at Ravenhill.

Howe will be out for three months after tearing a hamstring against Cardiff, while Bell injured his knee in the same game.

It's a must win game for the former champions if they wish to progress to the quarter-finals.

Connacht coach Steph Nel has made five changes to the side that won 47-29 against Mont de Marsan at the weekend.
