The SDLP Finance Minister, Mr Mark Durkan, has announced a review of Northern Ireland's divorce law.
Proposals on the legislative changes were published by the Executive yesterday. Members of the public now have the opportunity to comment on the proposals which seek to make the divorce process less adversarial, promote children's rights and reduce any incentives favouring fault-based divorce.
