London - The hunt for the killer of the TV presenter, Jill Dando, gathered pace as police in Britain prepared to make a series of arrests, it was reported yesterday, writes Luke Holland. One individual, a suspected hitman, has been under 24-hour surveillance for the last few weeks after his name was disclosed to the investigators by underworld sources.
