A new customer service centre is to employ 117 people in the Donegal gaeltacht, providing a much needed jobs boost for one of the State's unemployment blackspots.
Glasgow-based Contact4 today announced it has already started recruiting and that it would begin operating on September 1st.
The company's 2.75m investment is it first venture outside Scotland and has been grant-aided by Údarás na Gaeltachta.

Contact4 currently operates two centres in Glasgow, employing over 400 people and counts the Inland Revenue and British Gas among its customers. It specialises in telesales, customer relations and consultancy.
The Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, Mr Ó Cuív, welcomed "high-quality employment" to be provided. "It is also another important success for Údarás na Gaeltachta in demonstrating that new businesses can be successfully located outside of the major urban areas," he added.
Mr Liam Ó Cuinneagáin, chairman, Údarás na Gaeltachta said: "This new venture is particularly welcome in Donegal in light of the difficulties the area has been experiencing in recent years as a result of the downturn in the manufacturing sector."
Donegal is one of Ireland's has an unemployment rate three times the national average and last week one of Letterkenny's main employers - textile company, Unifi - announced it was closing with the loss of 300 jobs.
More than 4,000 textile related jobs have been lost in the county since 1999.
