The PSNI have arrested two men following the discovery of £125,000 (about €159,000) worth of herbal cannabis during a search of a house in the Limavady area in Co Derry.

Officers also discovered a cannabis factory and drugs paraphernalia at the residence.

The men, aged 46 and 53, are helping officers with their investigation.

Det Chief Insp Colin Gillis said: “I continue to appeal to members of the public to come forward with any information about the supply or use of illegal drugs or criminal activity.

“Anyone with any information can call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800-555111.”
