Cannabis herb valued at €90,000 has been seized the Garda in Co Meath.

The drugs were found at a house in the Beechmount area of Navan during a search on Saturday, a Garda spokesman said today.

A man (34) was arrested at the scene and questioned at Store Street. He was released ewithout charge yesterday and a file will be prepared for the DPP, the Garda said.

The seizure was part of an on-going investigation into the sale and supply of drugs by the Garda Store Street drugs unit.
