Fire-bellows, dough-craft, jewellery, patchwork and hand-painted silk scarves - just some of the wares on offer at Galway's Craft Fair.
Running from tomorrow until Saturday in the Black Box, near the Omniplex and Galway retail park on the Headford road, it has been billed as a showcase for the work of 40 west of Ireland artists and craftspeople.
Now in its 13th year, the fair is sponsored by the Roisin Dubh, one of the west's leading music venues. Tomorrow, there will be 10 per cent off all purchases to mark opening day. There will be live music each day between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. and between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., and carol singing at lunchtime on Saturday.
