A woman was yesterday awarded €12,470 in the Circuit Civil Court against Priory Hall developer Thomas McFeely, currently wanted on a bench warrant. The award also applies to McFeely’s company, Coalport, and his former business partner Laurence O’Mahony. None of the defendants appeared in court to defend the action.
Barrister Niall O’Driscoll said that on May 15th, 2008, Louise Clarke was walking along the banks of the Camac River, when she tripped and fell near the base of an overhead bridge linking two parts of Coalport’s Áras Na Cluaine apartments in Clondalkin, Dublin.
Judge Matthew Deery heard that Ms Clarke (52), of Castledrive, Clondalkin, Dublin, suffered soft tissue injuries to her scalp and both of her knees.
