London - The Welsh couple at the centre of the Internet twins row start their legal attempt to keep the children at the High Court in Birmingham today where social workers will apply for the babies to be made wards of court, writes Rachel Donnelly. The six-month old twins, born in the US and named Kimberley and Belinda by Alan and Judith Kilshaw, were removed from the couple and taken into the care of Flintshire social services last week. The couple paid a US "baby broker" £8,200 for the twins, who had already been adopted by a couple from California.
